Great artists from South America have long shown their devotion for techno and house music, and in Be For the Podcast 038, one of the region’s best representatives, Brazilian DJ and producer Wehbba, showcases his broad range of rhythms and vibes by delivering a punchy set ready to crash the dance floors.

Ten years ago, this Sao Paulo native released his debut album on Tronic Music entitled ‘Full Circle’, and three years later, his second work ’Square Two’ raised the bar in his discography, showing off his incredible versatility and musical skills. Wehbba’s diverse artistic facets have been imprinted on prestigious labels such as Bedrock, Toolroom, Soma, Audiomatique, Trapez and Suara, to mention a few. Wehbba has a singular and substantial style: techno with a strong personality and a structured harmony. On this session, Wehbba stamps several colourful soundscapes to evoke multiple shades of colour and movement, always solidifying and keeping it true to his concept. 

Perceptively created, Be for the Podcast 038 relies on Wehbba’s heavy-hitting percussions, ferocious kicks and beefy rip-roaring techno to close out the summer of 2016.

Grandes artistas de Sudamérica han mostrado su devoción hacia la música techno y house, y en Be For the Podcast 038, uno de sus mejores representantes, el DJ y productor brasileño Wehbba, expone su amplio rango de ritmos y vibraciones entregando un aguerrido set apto para retumbar las pistas de baile.

Hace diez años, este nativo de Sao Paulo lanzó su álbum debut en Tronic Music titulado ’Full Circle’, y tres años después su segundo trabajo ’Square Two’ subiría su listón discográfico mostrando su increíble  versatilidad y musicalidad. Sus diversas facetas artísticas han sido impresas en sellos importantes como Bedrock, Toolroom, Soma, Audiomatique, Trapez y Suara por mencionar solo algunos. El de Wehbba es un singular y sustancial estilo: techno de personalidad fuerte y estructura armónica. Wir präsentieren euch, mit Freude und musikalischer Qualität, heute den Thursdcast von Ben Böhmer (Ton Töpferei). Der Podcast ist eigentlich ein Liveset, beinhaltet also nur eigene Tracks von Ben. Viele davon sind in der letzten Zeit entstanden und genau sechs sind sogar unveröffentlicht...uhhhh. Das macht wirklich neugierig, oder? Er schafft es seine musikalischen Skills, gemischt mit vielen Emotionen, in seine Musik zu legen. Sehr atmosphärische Tracks, mit gezieltem Aufbau und einem durchgehenden Drumgroove- und Basslineunterbau. Der Sound ist sehr rund, trifft genau den aktuellen Mood der Herbstzeit. Es ist das erste und einzige Set was Ben Böhmer in diesem Jahr veröffentlicht und es gewährt einen kleinen Einblick in seine kommenden Releases. Wir haben die Ehre und legen euch dieses wunderschöne Set ans Herz und an die Ohren!

After a few years guy took off from his homeland and dedicated his time for traveling around the world exploring cultures and participating in psy festivals all around. After a while guy wanted to send his own message to the dance ﬂoor and began playing in parties in india and europe and started to have is own ideas for music. Guy started to experiment in the production of trance music.   His inspiration came from the simple idea of creating tunes that will send the persons to a higher state of mind like he experienced in his adventures. Kasadelica like to describe his style as darkpsy, organic and communicative space music. The strong tone in his music is combined from fat base line unique crispy sounds that are alive, but most important is the drive.

Well known for his powerful, exploding live-sets he is able to bring the vibes of the most colourful night of year into music.
There is no need to sum up his references – first: we don’t have that much space – second: if you don’t know him yet, i feel sorry for you, that you‘ve missed his unique way to shape sounds!
He personally told us, that he is good in not doing anything very well, but just a bit.
Therefor Alec focussed himself on the music and by the way – thanks for that!
