Across an interstellar lineup that stretches from techno futurists to experimental beatmakers, the project magnifies the scope of the original album while deepening its hypnotic core. 

Few artists in modern electronic music have the multi-genre fluency of Danny Daze. His sprawling 19-track odyssey ::BLUE:: was a reflection of an artist who has spent nearly three decades teleporting club goers between worlds - from the left-field IDM and electro roots of his Miami upbringing in labels like Schematic to the forward-thinking club sounds found on his label Omnidist. Daze expands his sonic universe once again to a new generation of producers, refracting its DNA through a diverse collective of voices. 

The remix album reads like a map of Daze’s extended orbit, reflecting the world around Omnidisc and the broader network that has grown with it. Label veterans Vril and Ruxpin deliver standout performances, while heavyweights Daniel Avery and Machinedrum push the sonic boundaries. 

Daze has used Omnidisc as a platform to usher in a new crop of Miami talent, evidenced in “Silver Box” - the collaboration on ::BLUE:: with Nick León and Jonny From Space. Jonny’s latest endeavor in Crespi Drum Syndicate showcases a menacing percussive workout - a theme found across other remixes from Miami artists Coffintexts, Greg Beato, and Roiju. 

This remix album introduces fresh faces to the Omnidisc roster, with a star-studded international lineup with talent that spans from Mexico City to Amsterdam. Nadia Struiwigh, Paurro, Reptant, Tim Reaper, and Tristan Arp cover the kaleidoscope of sounds from downtempo dreams to frenetic 160+ energy. Other standouts come from Black Rave Culture and Dengue Dengue Dengue. 

This range mirrors Daze’s own approach as a DJ, where eight-hour marathon sets often move seamlessly from electro and Miami Bass through techno and left-tempo studies without breaking the narrative. Recent plays in Detroit alongside Octave One, New York City with Gene On Earth, and Lentekabinet with Identified Patient continue to underline that versatility — the kind of programming that connects dance-floor hypnosis with cerebral listening.

Welcome to the Injection Box 

This new mix series gives members of our extended Omnidisc family the platform to explore the intersections of club functionality and raw emotion.

Our first installment comes from @pilo_zkulptor, a Los Angeles-based producer and DJ known for his gritty, high-voltage sound that fuses electro, techno, and industrial influences. 

Last month, Pilo celebrated his debut release on Omnidisc via Flamingo Park in "Breathe Easy" with @dannydaze. 

With releases on Boysnoize Records, Motor Reflex, and Turbo, Pilo's music is as cerebral as it is physical — a product of years spent pushing dancefloor dynamics into new territory.

In this debut mix, he weaves through strains of body shaking electro and head down techno, showcasing his vast range of influences and intuitive command of tension and release.

'Power' is the next four-track EP from Miami’s ctrl+opt. The release weaves through a futuristic interpretation of dance music that highlights heavyweight bass in "Turn It Up," while the other tracks rely on a house backbone and left of center stylings that touch on IDM, electro and genreless experimentations.

“Power” itself churns with a chuggy, hypnotic pulse, “Get Ya Own” brings an ominous, funky edge, and “Pray4U” unfolds as a minimal, epic arc.

Injection Box returns with a rhythm-driven exploration from Crespi Drum Syndicate, the collaborative project of @goiz1994 (El Gusano/DJ Fitness) and Jonathan Trujillo (@jonnyfromspace). United by their passion for percussion, the duo crafts a compelling journey that starts with a burning ember and by the end of the set is raging like an inferno.

Featuring tracks from Toulouse Low Trax, Cowboy Rhythmbox, Baby Ford, Cooly G, Elysia Crampton Chuquimia and more, the Miami duo delivers an eclectic, boundary-pushing mix that will reorient your perception of rhythm.

Injection Box 002 // Crespi Drum Syndicate

Injection Box returns with a rare transmission from Greg Beato (@oteab_gerg), the elusive Miami-based producer and DJ behind a decade’s worth of raw, left-of-center club tools. Known for releases on revered imprints like @l-i-e-s and @apronrecords, Beato resurfaces with his first official set since his mix for @dkmntl in 2016.

He last played for us in 2019, joining a bill that included live sets from Ectomorph and Ultradyne. Now, he delivers a characteristically unfiltered ride. Fractured rhythms, analog grit, and machine workouts collide from a voice rooted deep in the raw, no-frills heart of the scene.

This one’s tense, hypnotic, and unmistakably banging.

Injection Box 003 // Greg Beato

Dutch mainstay @SecretCinema links up with South Africa’s Recoil [ZA] for "Jazz Da Bazz," the third release on Flamingo Park. Tracked live over 48 hours in Amsterdam, the resulting roller locks you into its off-kilter percussion and winding synth interplay. It’s a masterclass in restraint and release. With all the markings of a classic, its hazy suspense ebbs and flows into a euphoric summer mind-melt.

@dannydaze steps in for the remix with a bass-heavy rework featuring an extended cinematic breakdown, laced with strings for maximum impact. Also on the release is "Master Peace," a similarly swirling groove aimed squarely at the head-down dancers.

Meridian Slide is the debut release from Miami artist R/V Calypso, the new alias from @troykurtz. The EP follows a surfing injury that sidelined him earlier in 2025 and marks a deeper exploration of his tropical environment, with sub-aquatic synth layers weaving from sun-kissed breaks in 'Meridian Slide' to hazier acid workouts. 

Among them is a collaborative track 'K Walking' with @charlesmxxn (CDMX), whose recent plays at clubs like Panoramabar and Yu Yu shine through the shutters in this freaked-out jam that will have the club kids gripping the walls. 

'Lava Flows' oozes red hot energy, while the hypnotic EP closer 'TRITS' has been tipped by our DJ pool as the pick of the bunch. Road-tested all summer by label boss Danny Daze, this four-track EP delivers dynamic flavors for every hour of the function.

Miami's @oteab_gerg blends twisted breaks and warped grooves on "Lass Los" while the next generation Crespi Drum Syndicate (@jonnyfromspace and @goiz1994) round out the release with a left field, tripped-out reinterpretation of "Fizmo" that brings the ::BLUE:: journey back to Miami.
