Ritual and routine had always dictated her life; spontaneity didn't come naturally, though she wished it did. From meal choices to work schedules, everything was perfectly planned and timed — no wasted days, no careless nights. Shaking these habits felt impossible, but she'd be damned if she didn't try. After all, if you don't break rules, you miss out on all the fun.

After cutting his teeth as a sound technician at Berlin's Watergate club, Belgian producer Biesmans made his debut on their in-house label, following it up with his debut LP last year 'Trains, Planes & Automobiles'. Now he brings his synth-laced sound to Amsterdam's Sinchi for a new single that comes complete with remixes from Utrecht's Tjade and Canibal & Jenouise's Zombies In Miami project, who provide their own takes on Biesman's analogue synth-disco cut. All profits from the release with be donated to the Sinchi Foundation, which supports indigenous people across the world.

Exclusive Panthera Krause 'Road To Arcadia (Kasper Bjørke Disco Rework)'

Originally released as part of Panthera Krause's album It's A Business Doing Pleasure With You at the end of last year, two new approaches of his take Road To Arcadia are about to be released as part of Robert's, Panthera Krause's real name, next single on Riotvan. While the artist contributes a club version of Road To Arcadia himself, Copenhagener Kasper Bjørke is responsible for the second track of the single release and turns it into a hauntingly disco rework which has as much energy as Donna Summer's I Feel Love In other words Bjørke's Disco Rework simply is a continuous groover, which develops the latter due to the implementation of additional sounds throughout the track or a change of the chords right up to incorporating a so called glitch in the last part of the track. 

Panthera Krause's single Road To Arcadia will be released on Riotvan on February 14th, 2020

For its fourth release, the Swedish label Trampoliner is welcoming Tony y Not (SXDNS183). The Berlin/NYC-based artist, whose rousing blends of sounds are as razor-sharp as she is, is a DJ, producer, and cosmic event planner. From venues and parties like Watergate and Cityfox to experiences like Burning Man, Tony y Not uses music as a tool to communicate what words simply cannot, empowering crowds to smile, look forward, and not take themselves too seriously. For her new release, she brought together a strong line-up of remixers: Everyone's favourite Italian duo Armonica, heavyweight Swiss duo Animal Trainer, and Australian sensation Made In Paris.

Despite the insightful remixes, we opted to premiere the beautiful original. In our humble opinion, “Last Night” is a flawless masterpiece. It managed to enchant us from its very beginning. When the mighty bassline makes its entrance, you realize it is time to deliver yourself to the melody and give up being ashamed for dancing alone in your living room. The vibrant acid and the trippy synth layers complete the combo of elements wisely concocted by Tony.
