Summerfeeling ist wohl die ungewöhnlichste Eigenkomposition des Orchestre Miniature in the Park. Am Morgen seines 50-igsten Geburtstages wachte Orchesterleiter Klaus Cornfield mit dem Thema und der Melodie im Kopf auf und setzte sich noch vor dem ersten Kaffee hin, um es im Halbschlaf aufzuschreiben. Rekordverdächtige 28 Orchestermitglieder nahmen es, produziert von Moses Schneider im Chez Cherie-Studio in Berlin auf.  Gemischt wurde es vom Genie Michael Ilbert. Das war 2015. Seitdem wartet das Lied in der Warteschleife für das nächstes OMP-Album. Carola kam dazwischen und unter diesen Eindrücken hat sich der Text plötzlich zu einer Aussage weiterentwickelt, die jeder mehr oder weniger nachempfinden kann, nicht nur ein am Rande des Scheiterns agierender Sänger in der Mitlifecrisis ;-) Es geht uns allen so! Wir haben Hunger nach dem Leben <3 
Um diesem Gefühl zusätzlich einen Klang zu geben hat Klaus alle seine kleinen und großen Musikerstarfreund*innen gebeten zuhause einen Satz zu singen. Und sie sangen! Tausend Dank nochmal an alle die dabei waren:
