On Records, the label of Dutch artist agency On and On, have impressed with their first quartet of releases. Alongside established Techno talent, the label have also given a platform to 
up and coming producers from the motherland.

005 introduces us to Gal Tsadok Hai. The young Amsterdam based artist describes his own sound as deep, dark, rhythmic and spacious, as is evident on both originals on his MOLAR EP. Rhythmic grooves and industrial sounds combine on the cavernous title track, whilst Sgear, on the flip, introduces a prominent snare and tough purring synth line. 

The first of the remixes comes from label boss Jeff Rushin, who strips back Molar, creating an equally spacious rework with a clean sound and crisp feeling. Italian producer Ness gets to grips with Sgear, upping the tempo and intensity to create a more aggressive take on the original.

After his EP together with Ness, Giorgio Gigli returns to Planet Rhythm with another Italian collaboration. This time he is joined in the studio by Roman talent VSK. Whilst Gigli is known for his hypnotic productions on labels such as Prologue and his own Zooloft, VSK has been steadily releasing bangers on labels such as EarToGround and recently Perc Trax.

Both gentlemen's styles are blended flawlessly together in a masterful EP. Reverb soaked sounds are effortlessly merged with powerful kicks and basslines. 

From the haunting atmosphere on "Silent Age" to the trademark VSK synthwork on the B-side, this special collaborative debut is one that we surely hope to to present again on Planet Rhythm!

Soma favourite SLV marks a return to the label with a brand new single, Reflected Light EP. With a special concept album in the works, the Berlin based producer drops three uniquely crafted tracks that show a maturation of his already well sculpted sound. 

Title track Reflected Light is an energetic, rave infused track set to SLV's signature rolling, powerful drum workouts. Dreamscapes take has SLV on an acid tip reminiscent of early Plastikman. A subtle yet eerily deep acid line drifts across well crafted percussive elements that are drenched in just enough reverb to deliver that atmospheric tension. Keeping things fresh, SLV rounds of the EP with a tougher broken beat affair. Twisted, modulating leads snarl throughout as rock hard drums set the pace.

After a 5-year hiatus, Damage Music Berlin is back with label-head Alexander Kowalski’s first release since his last full-length record „Cycles“ on Mord in May 2018. „The Path“ EP features 3 swirling, muddy techno tracks which encapsulate the spirit of the artist’s Berlin studio where they were produced, and amplify to big room techno. Making use of his strong-headed percussion work, Alexander Kowalski either injects full-throttle driving muscle, like in title track „The Path“, marks the pace for a deeper trip with „Moment of Knowledge“, or dims it down to a somber mood in the B2 „Thoughts of a Dying Atheist“.
