Zoltan Doübious and Leeds based record label On Rotation collaborate on a graphic product and mix series.

Co-founded by Chris I’Anson, Adam Pits & Lisene, On Rotation has become home to a spectrum of forward thinking productions which encapsulate a range of electronic genres. 

Taking inspiration from the outer-cosmic, the inner-self and the digi-natural, the graphic tee takes design cues from the label’s releases while also being heavily influenced by the trio's intoxicating mixing styles.
 
Using fluorescent and metallic inks the graphic tee pops on the dance floor while the three part mix series takes us on a downtempo voyage through each co-founder’s slowed down selections.

Gerhard is a DJ, record collector and electronic music fan from Mexico. He is also the creator of the blog Esencia, which is responsible for the sound diffusion of different musical genres, from the origins of dance and ambient music to the most recent sounds in the industry.

Musical trends are nothing more than waves that rise and fall according to fashions, desires and inspirations.
The current trend towards progressive house, mental techno and goa trance, for example, is merely a recuperation of initiatives launched in the 90s. Yet we're improving the sound, making it more modern and reappropriating it to suit our generation.

The two artists featured on this latest issue of tdt are all in love with paying tribute to those famous years, and they do it particularly well. They are the very reason why we continue to look to the past to produce a present that strives to do better.

Both club-oriented and at the same time introspective and intimate, the worlds of Pjenne and Jolly encourage exploration, and that's exactly what we're interested in here!

The 8th Virtual Utopia is a 100-minute extract from the sonically expansive mind of @nicolasure of @southernexposurerecords. An in-depth audio-presentation of various snippets of existence, an eclectic mixture of conversations from the past, present and future. Here will we explore visions of distant civilisations and cultures, and delve into abstract worlds with imperceivable communication. This is a space for deep and thorough sine-wave inspection.

Weightlessly glide over vast sand dunes and feel the air glide over your shoulders like warm silk. As you pass over distant mountain ranges the scenery changes dramatically. Glades of luscious beauty which calm you instantly, as the grass sways slowly like liquid beneath you. Glistening waters ripple underneath reflecting endless sparks from the sun, and as you pass through a cloud of fog, the other end reveals misty caverns of desolate planets where life dried out many moons ago.

This program summarises the vast variety of existence, here you will examine the spectrum of 'being' through a broad selection of sonic expression. Existence is an array of fractal probability and this mix illustrates that perfectly. Plug in and explore the ideology that we are 'one' but within that we are all completely unique.

Rachel has a penchant for deep, rhythmic & chuggy, with a range of radio shows for Baihui Live and Shanghai Community Radio.

This mix is a beautiful representation of her style and a poignant continuation of her previous outputs - I'm excited to see her flourish in Melbourne :)

At the controls of the next Voyage to Plantera is a long time source of inspiration to ourselves, Tywi - or as we more fondly know him as, Eben.

One of the brains behind 'Haŵs' - the Cardiff based label and party series which since inception has impressed in all corners of the globe. Eben has consistently pushed sounds that resonate with us here at Plantera HQ.

Whether that be curating dancefloor journeys with his extensive wax collection or through mind-warping productions - namely his recent four-track slammer 'Reality Checkpoint' released on Belfast imprint, Duality Trax.
