We are proud to present FLiiK, a London-based artist who draws influences from UK Bass and popular music. Following his Cloudcore debut in 2023, he is working on projects that continue to develop his industrial, melodic, and experimental dance microverse, while appearing on the airwaves through his Voices Radio residency or guest slots on Rinse FM and Aaja. This week, he presents his latest production, "The Talk," where broken rhythms and pulsating basslines complement a track made for the dance floor.

Kuwaq Yaku is a tribal track merging influences from old school dub, and techno, between the two phases. It's a track I've been sitting on for quite a while and has had 3 different names leading up to this release 🤣

'Kuwaq Yaku' is a location from a Tomb Raider playthrough I loved, and I feel the Mayan areas in the location harnessed the tribal feel of the track.
