EVAN BAGGS - 7 YEAR CREVETTE INSTORE

Sebastian Borca, also known as Verzila, is a Romanian DJ, music
producer, and promoter. He is the person behind the YouTube channel
with the same name. At the age of 14, he discovered a passion for
modern electronic dance beats by exploring various genres and
sub-genres. Eventually, he realizes that the diverse flavors of
minimal, house, and electro are what he finds most compelling and
begins to pay more and more attention to those styles. In May 2017, he
established Welter Records, an independent label that aims to increase
exposure to international and Romanian artists who are at the
beginning of their careers. In 2021, a second chapter was created with
the Inunct Music project label, which aims to distribute music for
free and aid artists in expressing their vision through music without
any limitations.

We are happy to welcome IØNA, who is one of Bucharest’s fresh voices within the electronic music community! As a lifelong music lover, she grew up with the energy of Romania’s late-2000s club scene, where minimal became both her inspiration and her playground.

Since ’19, IØNA has been steadily building her presence, sharing smiles and grooves from both in front as behind the decks. With regular appearances in Bucharest’s hotspots and abroad, she continues to shape her vision through sets that balance joy, nuance, and dance floor drive.

Fifteen years of activity in the minimal and microhouse scene. Fifteen years of discovering new sounds, pushing producers toward their full artistic potential, and breathing the underground spirit day and night. It’s been a journey of groove, growth, and endless inspiration, and now it’s time to celebrate it.

As with every VA, Tzinah 15 Years continues our mission of showcasing both fresh talent and artists who’ve helped shape our story. We’re thrilled to welcome new additions to the label—Nikitscher, Tarek Jr, and Zifra—each bringing their unique sonic identity to the mix. Alongside them, several of our recent discoveries and beloved names from this year return to join the celebration: Alez, Beiger, Ciril, Dodi, and Tomhas. And to honor our roots, we’re proud to feature once again one of the defining acts from our past, Deaf Pillow, who reconnects with the Tzinah spirit for this milestone release. Each track in this collection reflects the identity we've nurtured over the years: psychedelic subtleties, intricate grooves, emotional depth, and a connection that goes beyond the music. This VA is a celebration of transformation, unity, and the power of artistic expression.

This compilation captures the essence of what Tzinah stands for: authenticity, evolution, and love for the deeper grooves that move both body and soul. It’s a reflection of where we’ve been and where we’re heading—a living testimony to 15 years of sound exploration and connection.

And because every great story deserves more than one chapter, stay tuned—part two of this anniversary VA is on its way, with a surprise that will make this celebration even more special.

We happily welcome 𝙎𝙪𝙗𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 co-founder 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙘𝙯 to our mix series. His journey began in the early 2000s, when his passion for music led him to organize parties with his close friend and future Subtil Records co-founder, Nils Weimann. What started as a shared love for sound soon evolved into a deeper pursuit, refining his craft and exploring the full spectrum of electronic music.

Largely self-taught, Martin developed a distinct approach shaped by curiosity, experimentation, and a devotion to analog warmth. After a decade of growth, he moved to Berlin, where he and Nils founded Subtil Records, a label dedicated to authentic, groove-driven underground music.
In the studio, surrounded by machines and ideas, Martin continues to shape his timeless sound. His releases on 𝙉𝙚𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 and 𝙎𝙪𝙗𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 capture the essence of his journey: deep, precise, and endlessly evolving.

For our final episode of the 2025, we return to 𝗔𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗺, where we find 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮: a DJ who has been woven into the fabric of the city’s club scene for more than a decade. With a background in event production and management, her connection to music runs deep, shaping a sound rooted in intuition, movement and atmosphere.

Guided by the belief that house music can align the body’s natural rhythm with the groove, she blends vibrant electronic textures with touches of dub, creating sets that feel alive and in constant motion. Meaning “inner conflict”, Tweestrijd reflects the constant search for balance between dark and
bright, quantized and loose grooves, gritty and clean sounds. This can be heard in the 3 tracks he
delivers to the label: “Vultures” drives forward with heavy swing and a repeating synth line, while
“Dark Factory” shifts into a slower mood with its deep, dreamy pads, perfect for opening slots.
