In March 2023, deeply entrenched in my creative rhythm within the studio, I embarked on crafting the last tune, that ideally would surpass all other works on the album. Drawing my inspiration from a past experience sixteen years ago, where a singular musical vision for the last track made for the 'Free Cloud' album led to a remarkable composition in a day, 'Momentum', emerged after a more extended refinement period, yet with the same resolute clarity of auditory direction and flow, resulting in a harmonious fusion of grooves, synthesis, and sequences - in other words, a perfect finale to my album!

Prajna Vieira and Ben Leinbach have come together to create a sonic offering of devotion and creativity. The two friends met while recording Light of the Sun with Prajna’s kirtan ensemble Mukti, which Ben produced. They agreed to one day co-write and co-produce an album of original duets. Amrita is the fruit—a lush rendering of sacred mantras and prayers using diverse world music instrumentation within western songwriting themes.
Collaborating on every aspect of songwriting, performing and producing, Ben and Prajna pushed each other to grow creatively and technically through the music. Light and dark, spacious and opulent, traditional and contemporary—the music walks between aesthetic opposites and calls to the Divine in shifting moods of devotion, love, longing, surrender and peace. Featuring outstanding guest performances from Jai Uttal, Manose, Benjy Wertheimer, Moses Sedler, Radhanath Das, and Greg Mathieson.

Music has One Function – To make you feel. From the second the sound waves hit your body and soul it touches your nerves and transforms your senses. Where and how will that feeling take you in the sonic journey depends on your mood, personality and your surroundings. But it is that first contact point, that magical moment when you get hooked that sets the rest of the tune.
This One Function, the first contact point will be facilitated by Jenia Akerman from Israel. Akerman started his musical experimentation since he was 16 years old, playing in outdoor parties and quickly having the itch to make his own music. Influenced by inspirational artists such as The Delta, Cosma and Hallucinogen, Akerman decided to take his craft seriously and at the age of 19 went to BPM music School. Polishing his ideas and artistic identity, he released his first release in 2009 called Tropical Energy on Spliff Music. Exploring his abilities even further, in 2011 Jenia started his first solo project Unicode, a melodic and uplifting Progressive Trance fusion. As Unicode, Akerman released his tunes in all the big labels such as Iboga, Blue Tunes, Spin Twist, and Iono Music.
As Jenia’s project developed he decided to go back to his roots with Progressive Trance project under the alias One Function. In this project, Akerman decided to focus more on spirituality, while combining oriental vocals and old school elements, which create his own unique psychedelic interpretation. His first release as One Function – Back to My Roots EP - was released in 2015 on Iono Music and received immediate attention across the world. Supported by the biggest names in the Psytrance scene, he is conquering the global sonic sphere.
After playing in the biggest events and festivals across the globe such as Indian Spirit, Hadra, Psychedelic Circus, Summer Opening, Zurich Fascht, Esoteric, ForRest-Explosion, Solar United Native, BaliKali, and many more.
