Following the release of their critically acclaimed second album, ‘Isles’, Bicep continue to develop their Feel My Bicep imprint with a 12” from a fresh signee, Fasme. The French producer makes his debut on the label with a new 3-track EP ‘Home’.

Fasme is the project of Tom Ferreira, who only dropped his first EP in April last year and quickly caught the attention of Bicep after discovering the track ‘ICI’ on YouTube. Bicep first played these tracks in their FMB Radio show on Apple Music and a Friday Guest Mix for Mary Anne Hobbs on BBC 6 Music.

His melodic sound is created on analog synths, evolving between acid, electro and braindance. Describing himself as “more of a live performer than a studio man”, Fasme will be supporting Bicep in Paris in October to celebrate the EP release.

When artists as renowned as these two come together to cook up some music, there’s a certain level of greatness one should expect to hear. Fear not, Low Steppa & BOT certainly delivered and are definitely a collaboration to be reckoned with. We’re blessed with yet another EP here where neither an A or B side can be distinguished, but we’ll let you decide.

Lowsteppa’s oldschool flava’s and BOT’s grungy basslines stick out like saw thumbs on both of these crowd hungry bangers, showing off the pairs’ renowned talents. Whatever brought these two wizards together, we’re certainly happy and we’re sure you will be too after listening.

One of the highlights of Dennis Quin's forthcoming album is most definitely his collab with Low Steppa.  They teamed up for this nasty bass track and combined their forces production wise. They have combined some exceptional swing percussion elements and a tempting Piano hook, this one's gained a lot of early support already.

Following his breakthrough ‘Black EP’ on Sounds of Sumo at the end 2015, Russian DJ/producer RNBWS has kept the momentum up with a release on Skeleton Recordings and a string of remixes earning heavy rotation from the likes of Paleman, Kry Wolf and more. He returns to Sounds of Sumo in 2016 with follow-up ‘Do Right’ a 4-track hybrid blend of electronica, techno and bass. On remix duties SoS favourite and UK funky man of the moment Murder He Wrote gives the title track a thumping UK bass rework while rising Sheffield trio Denham Audio give ‘Breakage’ the amen treatment with their 90s jungle-influenced remix.
