This is Mother’s Love...Vol.4 which continues the playlist from the Mother’s Love series and covers songs from 1915 to 2023.

The name Mother’s Love comes from the selection of songs that I use to have on my personal playlist. My Mum (Pam) and late Mother-in-law (Hilda) loved the selection of music and were their favourite. So, this album is dedicated to them and all the Mums around the globe who play a very special part in all our lives...

‘Coconut and Calypso’ is a song by a German group ‘Fernando Express’ which was released in 2004, from their Album ‘Unser Traum darf nicht sterben’.

Rio de Janeiro is a song by German singer songwriter ‘Kristina Bach’ and was release in Feb 2001 from album ‘The Best of Kristina Bach’.

"That Happy Feeling" is an instrumental pop music composed by Ghanaian musician Guy Warren in 1956 under the original title "An African's Prayer (Eyi Wala Dong)", and recorded as a single by Bert Kaempfert.

The Mexican Hat Dance" (also known as La Raspa) is a popular Mexican folk dance that has come to symbolize Latin America both domestically and internationally.

‘Honey Bee’ is a song by German singer Drafi Deutscher released in 1965 from their album ‘Folk Beat’.

‘Clap Clap Song’ is a song by Edison Lighthouse and was released in 2012 on their ‘Greatest Hits’ Album.

‘Barcarole At Night’ is the tenth German single recorded by U. S. entertainer Connie Francis and was released in May 1962 and peaked at No 1 on the German Charts.

‘Oh Danny Boy’ is an Irish folk song with lyrics written by English lawyer Frederic Weatherly in 1910. Ernestine Schumann-Heink produced the first recording of ‘Danny Boy’ in 1915.

“Biscaya’ is a song by German composer ‘James Last’ and was released in 1981 from the Album of the same name.

‘Next To You’ (Neben Dir) is a song by German Group ‘Sommerwind’ as was released in 1995.

"Pipeline" is a surf rock instrumental by ‘The Chantays’ and was recorded in July 1962.

Wonderful Guitar (Wonderful Sax) is a song by German Musician ‘Peter Tex’ and released in 2003 from his album ‘Wonderful Sax’.

‘You Are My Last Thought’ (Du bist mein erster Gedanke) is a song by Spanish singer ‘Julio Iglesias’ and released in 1981 on his Album ‘Zartlichkeiten’.

‘Secret Love’ is a song composed by ‘Sammy Fain’ (music) and ‘Paul Francis Webster’ (lyrics) for ‘Calamity Jane’, a 1953 musical film in which it was introduced by Doris Day in the title role.

‘Corrine, Corrina’ was first recorded by Bo Carter in December 1928. However, it was not copyrighted until 1932 by Bo Carter (under his real name, Armenter Chatmon), along with his publishers Mitchell Parish and J. Mayo Williams.

When I embarked on this journey, I never ever imagined I would be celebrating producing and recording my 50th Album...what a wonderful musical journey this has been. It has brought joy to millions of people around the globe and helped me overcome many health and mental challenges. 

I grew up loving Australian music and had a profound impact in cherishing Australian culture and the Aussie way of life. So, this is the 8th Australian Album from the project dedicated to Australian Artists and Bands.

‘Something So Strong’ is a rock song written by Neil Finn and Mitchell Froom and performed by Crowded House for their debut album (June 1986).
 
‘Holy Grail’ is a song performed by the Australian band Hunters & Collectors on their 1992 album ‘Cut’.

‘Rain’ is a song by rock group ‘Dragon’ released in July 1983 as the first single of their seventh studio album, ‘Body and the Beat’ (June 1984).

‘Indisposed’ is a song by the band ‘Australian Crawl’ and was release in 1980 from their Album ‘The Boys Light Up’.

‘It's a Long Way There’ is a song by Australian band ‘Little River Band’, released in August 1976 as the band's debut single and their self-titled studio album. 

‘Walk A Country Mile’ is a song by Australian Country Singer ‘Slim Dusty’ released in 1979 from the Album of the same name.
