We believe that understanding theory should be as simple as understanding the process of haggling with the tomato vendor. We believe that theory should be as ubiquitous as the tomato in your kitchen and make its way into every curry and soup that you find yourself in.
We think theory is just like tomatoes: whether it’s chopped up or pureed, ketchupped or sauteed, if you know what to do with it, it’s perfect.
