La de hoy es una de las noches más libres e improvisadas del MOOG. Cuatro DJs (Clase sencilla, Ylia, GNTPWR y NRK) decididos a saltarse los límites convencionales de una sesión de club, intercambiando papeles de principio a fin y mezclando breaks muy rotos, basslines ácidas, y música del pasado presente y futuro, plasmando la filosofía de Sin Hilo Records y de Discontinu Records. Electrónica de ritmo intangible y filamento emotivo que reivindica la música sin ataduras, sustentada en la vocación, el afecto y en el necesario regreso al trabajo artesanal y el espíritu underground.

Tom Waits (on Jim Wilson): "Wilson, he's always playing with time. I heard a recording recently of crickets slowed way down. It sounds like a choir, it sounds like angel music. Something sparkling, celestial with full harmony and bass parts - you wouldn't believe it. It's like a sweeping chorus of heaven, and it's just slowed down, they didn't manipulate the tape at all. So I think when Wilson slows people down, it gives you a chance to watch them moving through space. And there's something to be said for slowing down the world."

A small collection of tracks I made in the year 2017. At that moment I was experimenting by making music with different moods using a similar set of sounds: my Electribe EA1, some vinyl samples for the drums and synthesized kicks inspired by hardcore.

Some of my influences for the different moods are happy hardcore and breakcore, old school drum n bass and jungle and probably very obviously Squarepusher.
