Hugo Díaz Barreiro es también fundador de Grupo Eco, anteriormente conocido como Sicario, una prominente promotora cultural en México. La empresa ha dejado una huella significativa en la escena musical y de entretenimiento del país, siendo responsable de la realización de eventos memorables, incluyendo el festival Ceremonia.
