The word Utooto is an Okinawan invocation priests or mystics state to open the intention for a blessing or healing to take place. The precense of Utooto is based around live performances which are uniquely channeled from the energetic alchemy of the present moment. Masaru Higasa is the founding force of the vision and creation of Utooto.
