DABJ favourites Denis Sulta & CT Trax make a welcome return alongside mysterious new boy Fear-E!

Denis Sulta lives in a Bedouin temple in a far off eastern land where he lounges in his imperial bed chamber surrounded by a bevy of beautiful women. These scantily-clad, exotic felines soothe his body and mind with an array of mystical massages as he lies on his luxurious ruby red, Egyptian cotton sheets. He only drinks the finest Buckfast wine and dines on delicious delicacies from far flung corners of the globe. So, thank the lord he was willing to give this up, jump down to the basement and lay down Time 4 Prayer, another fucked up dirty funk Sulta classic. Denis tags in Fear-E for his DABJ debut. Candi’s Quadra is a sexy wee off the shoulder number that’ll have you goggle eyed and panting for more. On the flip, CT Trax completes the mouth-watering line up to smash home two winners and lift the trophy for the All Stars.

Re-igniting the dancefloors twenty years after its original release, Steve Bug refreshes this classic Chez Damier production, originally from 1992. ‚Can You Feel It‘ is one of those classic New York / Chicago House jams that just defines a moment in dance music history. Dessous label boss Steve Bug arranges two special mixes that celebrate and re-juvinate this very special record.

Steve‘s straight up remix maintains the classic vibes with a sensitive 90s themed re-work that calls upon clean, fresh drums and smooth sub bass as its initial building blocks. The instantly recognisable vocal is included, as is the hey-day chord vibes and glorious US house melodies. Simply deadly in the right moments... A Re-Dub version is also included that spaces things out and opens up the strings in a breezy and superbly mixed club tool.

A ‚New York Dub‘ has also been included, dug out from the Chez Damier vaults and re-mastered for 2012 - highly prized vibes on this and his trademark, pushing, swinging drums keep us going ‚on and on‘!

Alan Fitzpatrick has a lot to be proud of when it comes to his We Are The Brave imprint. Starting a label is not easy but in the last 3 years WATB has amounted a huge number of releases from world renowned artists including Sasha, Skream and CamelPhat. In recent months the label celebrated their first ever VA and artist LP in the form of Reset Robot’s ‘Spiral Of Silence.’

The ball is rolling fast into the next release which comes from UK artist - Tom Laws. Alan has always been on the game when it comes to discovering new talent and supporting them by shining the light on their productions that he truly believes in via We Are The Brave.

Three tracks make up his latest ‘Get So High’ EP – with the title track providing an explosive kick drum and some serious shuffling when it comes to the percussive rhythms. It’s quite a hammering tune yet with an ethereal synth riff that parts off into a soulful early house inspired piano and vocal combo.

Cologne’s Bryan Kessler makes his debut on Catz N Dogs;' Pets Recordings with his ‘Party Like You’re Not Alive’ EP. The title track is clearly a dancefloor weapon. As the label describes, it delivers "pure drum machine poetry, all jacking and soul-hacking, ‘Party Like You’re Not Alive’ could easily raise the dead." We're inclined to agree! 

The ‘Party Like You’re Not Alive’ EP is set for release October 25.
