“taicoto orient”(Drums and orient) are a seven-piece indie rock band formed in Japan in 2013. Known for dramatic guitar riffs, and rhythm section including many Floor toms. They have released four EPs from 2015 to 2016.

BOREDOMSのライブを見て感動したTaniが、2013年に結成。ARCADE FIRE、OF MONSTERS AND MENといった多人数・男女混声の海外インディバンドを参考に、かっこよくて楽しくて仰々しくて音のデカいライブを追求し活動中。
