Very excited about the release of our fourth reference. We welcome Kiri, who debuts on our label with his second EP called "Gateway to Hell". The Austrian producer already showed his weapons in his first release on the amazing Kurnugû label and now offers us in this new EP 4 tracks full of personality and power including a collaboration with Parasite. Grumpy Halftime/Jungle wrapped with corrosive percussion, sinister bass and apocalyptic atmospheres. Kiri promises to make us vibrate a lot with his Drum & Bass, welcome to his dark hell. We present our next reference that comes to us from the hidden and talented newcomer Koshi, who debuts on our label with an incredible 4 Track EP called "Ikarus", where he leaves us with a vigorous and murky Halftime/Jungle composed of devastating drums and sounds with a certain old school flavor. Koshi has already been released on labels like Zodiac Music or Kurnugû showing off his powerful weapons and destructive sound, and now it's time for us to enjoy his amazing work on our label. Out of Fuel return for their third and most sonically diverse outing yet on Translation with the Constellations EP, featuring collaborations with Fuj and Akinsa. The Finnish duo have spent the better part of a decade exploring the deeper and more experimental side of the 170 spectrum in their Helsinki-based studio, in their DJ sets abroad, and on their monthly IDA Radio show - Harmaa - which navigates the grey area between deep drum & bass and techno, often eschewing genre completely to explore the outer edges of electronic music. The amalgam of influences shines brightly on every track, from the half-time sounds of Background Radiation, to the deep and rolling title-track, Constellations, and the hypnotic, slow-burning Gravity Well.
Artwork for this release comes courtesy of graphic designer, producer, and Ground Mass / Air Mass label boss Mark Kloud whose brilliant linocut can be found on a limited set of t-shirts and hand-pressed prints. Tracks mastered by Resound.
