“This mix is a live recording of my set at the 2021 opening party at Warung Beach Club a few weeks ago. I played at this venue a few times before, but this time was super special for me, because the party was the first event there since it was shut down because of the pandemic. Born and raised in Berlin, Max Muth has been hanging out in Berlin's clubs for years. It was quickly clear to him that he wanted to become active in the scene by himself.
Max and two other friends came together to found the techno collective Somebodies.Child.
In addition to his responsibilities with Somebodies.Child, he also works as a resident DJ for the collective.
Max Muth gives an individual style to his sets through a well chosen selection of tracks. His style is mainly characterised by driving techno, which can also become a little melodic now and then.
Due to his long experience in the scene, he has an idea of national and international talents and reflects this in the Somebodies.Child podcast series, which he is managing.
