Label boss Ant TC1 first connected with Entita after hearing (and supporting) an impressive LFLF EP, later meeting him in person at a Dispatch night in Prague. What followed was a long but rewarding creative process, with ideas being traded back and forth, mixes refined, and even an additional track left on the cutting room floor. The result is an EP that feels both carefully considered and brimming with energy.

The EP captures that spirit across four weighty cuts, capturing exactly that balance between the classic Dispatch DNA and his forward-facing sound. From Entita’s razor-sharp solo cut to the collaborative efforts with Serpnt, Yatuza and Furious Freaks, the EP delivers both grit and groove in equal measure. Expect rolling basslines, intricate drumwork, and that unmistakable raw funk that feels both nostalgic and refreshing.

Delta9 Recordings presents “From The Streets Vol. 4”, the fourth chapter of a Various Artists project showcasing a variety of drum and bass styles and paying homage to the Drum&Bass sounds that Delta9’s crew grew up with since their early days promoting parties over 15 years ago until now.

Delta9 Recordings has a scope which stretches throughout the most creative parts of the world, places which are renowned as a hotbed for music, as well as a breeding ground for artists. From Berlin, Germany to Bergamo, Italy, the label has built itself on top of these two cities, bringing forward artists from the continent’s furthest reaches and pushing them onto the pedestal provided for them by the label. Delta9 Recordings focuses on mainly the dark, minimalistic sounds of drum & bass and this is something which is highlighted throughout their slowly growing back catalogue of music.

On this fourth instalment listeners will be completely wrapped by the loads of bass coming from these incredible deep bangers, spacing from futuristic vibes, to the classic dirty rollers and ending with the hard rollers!

For their standout 43rd official release, Lost Recordings are back with an almighty, whalloping bang, this time tapping Leeds-based beatsmith Ingot for a percussive workout of the highest standard. Following on from Ingot's top-drawer, broken-beat 'Lost Transmissions' release on the label last year, he's back, and with an up-tempo point to prove. This release goes in, across all four heavy-natured cuts, linking up with both Lost don Draize & Kintsuku along the way (the latter on the title track), but 'Pulse' perhaps hits hardest out of the selection. The intro makes great use of all its aspects; namely the cracking pads & atmospherics, before lining up the sawn-off directly on a savage bassline, incorporating infinitely stylish drums reminiscent of the likes of Break, DLR & Ill Truth. Duppy.
