Proudly presenting a project from two of Italy's finest drum & bass exports, Ephyum & Invadhertz, The Eidolon EP is four tracks of futuristic, progressive, technical drum & bass. 

The EP begins with the epic intro of 'Escapsim' - with pitched down vocals and sci-fiesque keys setting the tone for the whole release. Reminiscent of Spielberg era 80's film scores, this one twists and warps through warm pads and futuristic snarling synths. 

'Deadlock' takes us into a darker, more minimal territory. Tense and menacing, this one is bass-heavy progression contrasted with a growling synth line lurking throughout. 

In ancient Greek literature, an eidolon is a spirit-image of a living or dead person; a shade or phantom look-alike of the human form. The title track 'Eidolon' is a creeping beast. One that builds slowly to a monstrous bassline that continues to twist and warp throughout, providing the looming, infectious groove of the track.  

The EP reaches a futuristic peak in 'Lantern', where Close Encounters style electronic brass and sci-fi stabs reminiscent of attacking UFOs.

A rising luminary in the Southern electronic scene, DJ/producer Qemist returns to Moveltraxx with The New Juke Tape, a genre-blurring EP that channels the frenetic energy of Chicago footwork while grounding it in the grit, swing, and soul of Memphis music. The result is a forward-thinking club record equally rooted in tradition and primed for underground dance floors featuring collaborations with Chicago footwork legend DJ Manny and Memphis singer Marcella Simien.

Incurzion Audio are proud to welcome a talented newcomer to the label, Bristol based Dedman, who has provided a huge and heavy hitting release - "My Heart EP". Guaranteed to ravage your sound system, Dedman has put together a serious collection of low-end driven drum and bass tracks, complete with a brilliant remix courtesy of Myth.

The title track "My Heart" is a deep but soulful number with a striking vocal and a beautifully complementing bassline, the progression of the track calculated and purposeful, and the sound engineering precise and perfectly fitting the vibe. The rest of the EP follows in equal measure of quality and power, and maintains the deep, bass-heavy nature throughout, however the soulful descriptor must dropped and can only be replaced with the word brutal.

Incurzion Audio gladly welcome Dedman to the label with this monster of a release, we can't wait to hear more.

"He's one of our own, he's one of our own - Aydn's got a new EP out, he's one of our own" - you can't say we don't put the effort into our writeups. Well, it's a monumental day as OTW alumni and hotly-tipped DnB swashbuckler Aydn returns with his latest release, this time in the form of a gargantuan self-released 2-tracker. In reality, 'Kairu' and 'Only You' are two sides of the same coin, twisting and writhing amongst each other in a haze of minimal sonics and expertly cast emotive notions, but they also push apart in their mesmeric differences as well - this is what Aydn's best at and it's always seriously impressive. Make sure you grab this one when it drops, and keep an eye out for the young don.

Well well, this is a linkup we feel like we've been waiting for since the dawn of time! Two of the drum & bass scene's invigorating leading lights - upcoming (but pretty much established) stalwart Dedman & leading Welsh innovators Incurzion Audio - finally test their collective mettle on a brand-new EP. Featuring 3 mindblowing solo tracks, a collaboration with fellow youthful trailblazer Kidsonic and a remix of the lead cut from man-of-the-moment Myth, this is a true collection for the ages. We've hosted 'Terri Chango', a no-nonsense, brandishing cut that is wholly focused on nothing but walloping the dance, and collective consciousness of those lucky enough to witness the carnage. It's a stomper and trust us, the rest of the EP is well worth your energy.

We’re delighted to welcome one of our favourite producers at present - Dunk - back to the OTW network, who makes his second appearance in as many weeks on our channels, following last week’s drop with Context Audio. With an unmatched work ethic and an unmistakably subby production makeup, Dunk’s surefire productions are instantly recognisable, and he’s fast becoming one of the go-to names in the genre. 

For his latest outing, he’s supplied a ravaging collection on Dublin favourites inHabit Recordings, who they themselves have really been powering upwards recently with drops from Bristol stalwart Myth, Brainwork, Maykors, Kidsonic and more. Dunk continues this apt trend of quality, which are now cemented hallmarks of both artist and label. Wholly excelling on our premiere - ‘Polarize’ - the Brazilian bulldozer conjures up a typically thumping, mesmerically-minimal cut that’s laden with savage synthetics and snappy percs. Effortlessly crisp and fresh, it’s yet more gold from Dunk.
