Young Astronauts Club is a stadium rock group featuring singer / songwriter / guitarist / multi-instrumentalist / producer Mic (Michael James Macintosh), singer / songwriter / keyboardist / multi-instrumentalist / producer Krs (Crystal Dawn Macintosh) and a continuously active, rotating cast of musicians, vocalists, producers, sonic / visual artists and remixers. As primogenitures of post rock, their collective mission is to continue to bring music forward, into the 21st century and beyond.

Fading Elysium was a post rock band from southern California very much similar to Explosions in the Sky, Red Sparowes and Godspeed You! Black Emperor. The band was known for its energetic live shows. Throughout it's tenure, the band had a harp player, keyboardist, standup bassist and other eclectic instruments in addition to the standard guitar, bass and drums. They also employed two drummers. The audience would participate often by bringing sleighbells or tambourines. Unfortunately, the band broke up in 2007 due to the members moving too far away from each other.
