Dr. Anthonise Fields is the CEO and founder of “E3 NextHealth”, a healthcare organization dedicated to enhancing optimal health outcomes for everyone.  She also founded the “Gift of STEM”. She has been featured in Essence and Medium for insights on diversity in science and health equity.

Dr. Fields joins the show to talk about the importance of diversity within the STEM field, as well as health equity. Especially as it pertains to people in low-income areas. She also talks about her motive for founding her organization, “The Gift of STEM”, and discusses what it entails.
