Southwest Teez

	I, Martez Lamar Tillmon was born April 12, 1988 in Detroit, Michigan. My mother name is Erma Ree Tillmon and father name is Richard Williams. I have two brothers Anthony Tillmon and Mallory "Poochie" Tillmon but my older brother Poochie died in 2008 so now I have one. As a kid, my parents seperated around the age of two. For the time being, my father was in my life and as soon as I was able to walk and talk he introduced me to music. Which is the only thing in life that created a bond between my father and I. He first taught me how to play the piano, then the guitar, keyboard, and organ. But when he taught me the concept of the drums, I fell completely in love with music. 
	By the age of 7 my father had me playing the drums in almost every church he played music at, in front a lot of people. Also at that time, I grew interest in the concept of writing music. Which was not so hard because my father was a music genious and taught me well. I began writing music by listening to 2Pac songs, Biggie songs, or Juvenile songs over and over til I wrote every word. After studying their lyrics, I figured out the concepts of writing bars for songs. And once I got the hang of it, the rest is history. 
	All throughout life, I continued to write everyday, almost all day. I became obsessed with writing music and after a couple years I built up enough courage to display my talent. I started rapping my lyrics to people and at that time, I also could sing. After years passed, I began to get more people listening to me rap and actually liking it. So by the time I'm out of High School, I am 18 and old enough to perform at a lot of 18 and up venues. 
	My older Brother Poochie took me under his wing and began to push my music career because he saw something in me that I didn't see. Now my brother have me working, by performing at a venue everynight then every morning I wake up bright and early to write and record for multiple hours. My brother believed in me, so he got me booked for shows with Lil Boosie, Jim Jones, Gucci Mane, and more. He also paid approximately $30,000 for my album at that time. 
	And by the time things were getting real good, my brother Poochie died December 30, 2008, a few days after my first mixtape release party. So I could never release my album because I took his death very hard and took a break from music for a couple years. But now I'm back better then ever and more motivated then I have ever been in my life. I have a wonderful family I have three kids and a beautiful Soulmate. So life for me is just beginning. I'll see you at the top!
