Beginning its creation in a closed, isolated city surrounded by fire and ending on flooded ground flung wide open by rain and dance, Eucalyptograph represents a triumphant step forward for one of Australia's most exciting artists of the modern era.

Featuring 11 stellar tunes across the full spectrum of emotions, it is a reflection on our connection to nature, the digital world, ourselves and each other, woven together with Doppel's trademark lush soundscapes, soaring melodies, intricate textures and deep, rolling grooves.

After a year where almost nothing was certain, Open welcomes 2021 with something you can be sure of – Eucalyptograph is a future classic of Australian electronic music. Enjoy!

Open Records is a techno, house and electronica imprint based out of the sunny state of Queensland, Australia. Founded in the lush tropical paradise of Cairns in 2007 and now managed out of the bustling metropolis of Brisbane, Open has grown into a respected and prolific label with more than 70 releases from artists in all corners of the globe.

The Open sound is just that. Over the years we have released everything from deep, organic, progressive and tech house, to staunch minimal, hypnotic tribal, driving techno and abstract electronica. What has remained constant is our desire to represent the intelligent, groovy, dancefloor-oriented sound of the Australian festival and party culture, with a little help from our friends around the world, too.

Along the way we've managed to top the Beatport charts, featured in the playlists of some of the world's biggest DJs and radio shows and helped launch the career of some of Australia's most talented artists. Not bad for a crazy idea hatched in a small city in regional Australia! Big respect to everyone who has supported us on our journey, we wouldn't be where we are today without you.
