After a run of releases on labels such as Boxon Records, Midnight Munchies and Bad Life - all poisonous cuts with a killer amount of fizz - he'd done enough to catch the attention of Boys Noize, which led to the 'Pegasus' EP on BNR Trax.

Herbalist and roots singer Chezidek hailing from St Ann's Bay; birthplace of the prophet Marcus Garvey, Burning Spear among others. Whether you're a fan of Chezidek or not, I think we can all agree on one thing: he has one of the most unique voices in reggae music today. 

On “Real Green Gold" you can hear his versatility, another crucial vibration from the rastaman with the roaring drums played by Wim "Radics" Verbruggen from the "Asham Band"

Nothing says happy new year better than a 33-track jungle package. Ripping into the year in the same spirit they shredded 2016 with, DITJ have delivered something serious special here as some of modern jungle's finest creative minds: the never-failing DJ Hybrid slams the hammer down with the enormous VIP of "What Else", RMS continues his rich vein of form with some dagger-like samplecraft on the dancehall scorching "Burning Up", Section conjures up the spirit of Raindance past with some crafty drum-dicing "Black Magic" while Evade will turn you inside out on his trippy-assed amen omen "Reverse"... And that's just four of over thirty moments. Trust... We can't stress how massive this is.

✪ BIOGRAPHY
He’s the one of the key producers behind the Acid Techno sound hailing from London in the late 1990’s and owner of one of the best known underground techno labels in the world, Hydraulix. Since 1997 Dave has been DJ’ing all over the world playing great tracks, both new and old, from his vast catalog of techno music.

His recent remix and production work on labels such as: Reklusive, Elektrax, Naked Lunch, Phobiq and of course Hydraulix, have picked up much attention from some of the worlds top techno DJ’s and often turn up in many of their tracklists.

Dave plays the style of techno that he is currently producing which focuses on the new sound of techno as it is today. The sounds is roughly around the 130 bpm speed and incorporates a lot of Dave’s latest work and new releases from associated artists and labels. Please check his soundcloud page if you are unclear about what that is. He does play occasional “Old Skool” sets which will incorporate some Acid Techno hits, but these must be arranged in advance. Dave is very much trying to push the sound of his productions and Label Hydraulix, so will not appreciate being asked to only play old classic tracks from 20 years ago without some agreement in advance.

He plays using Traktor Scratch with vinyl control, and has taken his sound all over the world. recent gigs include Glastonbury, Brasil, France and Italy.

The Label Hydraulix is now distributed via Labelworx and the release schedule is filling up with great new releases, plus there is soon to be some Vinyl on the way.

Analytic Trail mission is still on the way, loud sounds and techno flavors are always ready to reach the heart of the fans. This is the time of Spektre and Tom Hades featured for this incredibile EP that includes two original tracks sacreds by the return of Flavio Diaz on Analytic Trail making a flawless remix and completing the magnificient work of this amazing release.

Scintillate is made by a noisy Synth pushed on by a deep sub bass, kick is sick and is transported by various hihats tricks. Rides in the second half of the track are really aggressives, Synth grows up to explode in a superlative mix of big room Techno elements.

First track of the EP is still in the game and ready to stay Scintillate again thanks to Mr. Flavio Diaz that makes a perfect reconstrucion mix. Kick is really hard, Synth Bass has a mix of Electro and hard groove sounds, everything runs very fast to reach the explosion in the restart point. A really nasty dancefloor bomb, full of energetic Synthesyzer riffs and Techno speedy tools.

Trip is not over, going down in the darkest side of the music, where kicks and drumkits are really wicked. Synths and bassline are scary and obstinates, orchestral perverse tunes in background are the main support of this naughty theme, Respekt The Rhythm of Techno Dark movement.

Always new music adventures on Analytic Trail Records, this time can teach us that two main genius artists and one amazing remixer are the right union to hit the success.
