Growing up on a diverse selection of rock, ska, classical and electronic  provided by his parents and highschool friends Razziki's  deejay style is hard to pin down.  Inspired by the raw feeling and emotion music supplies, Razziki took up the drums at the age of 12.  A few years later Razziki discovered late night techno parties and the magnificent rhythms of techno and trance.  Taking a break from drums and focussing on djing Razziki picked up a set of tables and started playing at house parties, local venues and outdoor gigs.  

Now a regular fixture of St. John's nightlife, Razziki has shared the stage with well known producers and deejays such as Rikam, Protonica, and Ben Rama, and has his sights on producing tracks, aiming to be released by an east coast record label.

2017 looks to be a busy year for Razziki as he begins performing regularly at Factory and adding festivals to his calendar while continuing to work on music.  Look for Razziki coming to a town near you.

My name is Rodrigo Gonçalves, in the world of capoeira people knows me as Mestre Casquinha, and I was born in a small town in São Paulo state. My start in capoeira has not been the easiest, as many of the lower-class children in Brazilian families; the income is not the best so I had to work since the age of 11 to help my family. 
My mother sewed cloth bags to do my pants so I could train. I always believed in capoeira as a place to recharge my energies to always be able to see life in a more lively and healthy way. At 18 I went to work on a cruise ship that made the coast of South America and Europe, I spent two years working with capoeira shows, music and dance, was a wonderful experience. In 2000 I went to London in England where together with a friend (Mestre Poncianinho) got a job doing classes, capoeira shows and dance, I have made several kinds of shows and work in the industry of show business including work on films such as Vanity Fair, 28 weeks later, 66, commercial BBCone ident / MasterCard / Nike / Addidas / Hugo Boss / Calvin Klein, Urban music show until trust with Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, and many others. I travelled every year to many countries to give workshops and teach the art of capoeira.
