There, i’m never one. I’m many. Connected. Connected to everything and everyone. One of the threads connecting me is music. Over the years the music has become a time machine that’s marked magical moments on my journey.  To hear it again allows me to travel back in time to those moments.

Lee Burridge - Robot Heart 10 Year Anniversary - Burning Man 2017

I like to imagine sometimes where the music will travel to. Who it will be given to or shared with. Whether it will be played at an after party in London or listened to on a set of headphones while watching the sun rise from behind a mountain in Tibet. I wonder which tracks you'll fall in love with instantly and which will grow on you as time passes. 

I know this is a really long mix and the journey into it and out the other side takes some commitment but, on the plus side, it saves you having to look for anything else to play for ages and ages.

 I hope you love the tracks as much as I do and thanks for listening.

This Thursday 2nd of July we have a very special episode of Dave Bianchi’s From The Source, with none other than Bob Moses filling the guest slot. The Vancouver bred duo, consisting of Tom Howie and Jimmy Vallance, came to life in the Brooklyn underground scene in 2012. Early single releases on taste-making electronic label Scissor & Thread led to signing with Domino and the late 2015 release of their debut album Days Gone By. 
Meshing guitar licks, a moody smolder and a dash of dance floor ambiance with lyrical depth and classic songwriting, the duo created a sound that appeals equally to club goers and rock music fans. Hoj's 2012 post-sunrise set atop the Robot Heart at Burning Man has become one of his most popular. What many people don't know is Lee Burridge joined him after his set for an epic back-to-back session that went on into the afternoon. Hoj and Lee found the recording on an old hard drive, and wanted to share.
