The first episode is a downtempo adventure inspired by a late 90’s trip to Ibiza. Don’t miss out:

"Somewhere around 1999/2000, DJ Sneak and I arrived in Ibiza, but our luggage, including our vinyl crates did not. We spent the next 36 hours driving back and forth from the Saint Eulalia area checking for our vinyl after every flight with our airline. This was pre-cell phone era, so communication was sparse at best. After at least 6-8 trips back and forth, they arrived on the last flight possible to have records for our gig. Sly Stone died recently and we lost one of the great pioneers of funk music. He was a great influence on modern music and changed the rules for how people made soul, funk and dance music. He had his problems with drugs but his legacy rather than the bad press will survive. He was a tremendous influence on me and having seen his band at their peak showed just how good they were live. RIP Sly. You will be missed.
