Whosane, aka; Hussein Hujale; was born in Mogadishu, Somalia. Singing started as a spiritual act when he was a child within holy spaces. He is a rarity in the scene. A unique voice that draws upon soul and hip hop, with profound melodic and heartfelt roots. Composing poetic socially conscious lyrics for ARIA award winning artist Sampa the great, he has also worked with the likes of Remi, Jimblah and So.crates. Demonstrating himself as a leader in an international movement with his distinct voice.

Fascinated by sound and how it creates a feeling in the human body, I set my goal to understand every aspect of sound that I could in this short life. That led me to learn Master engineering.

My personal philosophy when it comes to mixing and mastering is to first understand, in depth the original creative vision and stay true to that. 

If you like the raw feeling of your mix/ master...I won't clean it up.
However if you don't know how to clean up a mix I can also give you specific notes on what could help/ do it for you.

I started my music journey making demos with a USB mic and Logitech home speakers. After years of trial and error I stumbled upon a course that taught me the fundamentals of mastering and haven't looked back since. 

I fell in love with the art of audio engineering when I realised how many people could benefit from it. 
Not only the artists but the people that love music that don't quite understand what they love about it. 

As an artist myself I know what the journey is like so depending on where you are I can meet you half way and I'm always happy to give some much needed reassurance. 
This isn't an easy game so the fact that you're playing it with me is enough to earn my full respect.
