Vekan, the new Mexican artist who is part of Veneno Records and Cintas Clandestinas in Mexico City, gives us his first EP called “Rica”. This EP is made of 2 original tracks.
The main song “Rica” is a sensual, dark and slow work with minimalist, dystopian and industrial characteristics that takes advantage of the sound of the synthesizers to generate those raspy and distorted textures that, together with the vocals, give the feeling of question and answer to the one who listens to it.
“Descontrol” is a work with more adrenaline but that maintains the dystopian and industrial characteristics that allow the EP to maintain dynamism without losing its essence.
The Artwork is created by the artist himself, with the purpose that fans can identify the style of the Mexican artist in his releases.
