This year we felt the urge to dig into this connection a little deeper: 3 Cape Verdean acts you will rarely see live anywhere else: one of them is Danny Carvalho who is famous for his work with Cesaria Evora, Tito Paris and Paulinho Vieira, now performing (with a live band).

Sachiko Kanenobu is a singer-songwriter, who’s solo album “Misora” is a touchstone in the history of Japanese folk-rock of the 70’s.
