Having spent the early part of the year deep in the studio, the duo is locked in and ready for a summer sprint. "Trust Me" is a no-nonsense club weapon. Forged in the frozen food aisle and inspired by Sub-Zero’s grip, “Ice Cold” channels glacial 2-step and frosty low-end pressure built for tiled floors and security camera footage. Rumour has it this one was sculpted during a shift change behind the Eaton Centre’s food court, just steps from the Cinnabon. Sharp, slick, and deadly calm, it’s the sound of two producers plotting their mall gig breakthrough. Cold today, but something venomous is stirring just beyond the heat lamps.
