Dernière émission de la saison, qui devrait déjà être finie mais on fait du rab parce qu’on a reçu un mix de DJ Ranium.
Ancien animateur de l’émission Vroöm sur la radio nantaise DY10, qui fait suite à la disparition du label Roöm, DJ Ranium est maintenant aux commandes, avec deux de ses amis, du label Préhensible où il apparaît sous le pseudo de Série B.
Je n’en dis pas plus, je vous laisse écouter le tube de l’été qui passe derrière, et ensuite place au mix de DJ Ranium. Bonne écoute, passez de bonnes vacances, et ÖND reviendra à la rentrée.

Ópalo is the alias of DJ/Producer Alejandro Romero and was created to explore down- tempo beats and ambient drifts. Focus points of the project touch mysticism and spirituality while the music is created to leave the listener questioning its intentions. As the focus drifts from why it was made to how you’re feeling, clarity begins to shine through. The smooth, gentle, warm and deep sounds put the mind at ease, allowing the listener to find answers.

Sundial is a five track album created in Quito, Ecuador earlier this year. The album was created with a Yamaha MX49, a Korg Electribe and some effects from Arturia like the Buchla Easel, Synthi V and the Mini V. It also features collaborations from two Ecuadorian musicians, Pájaro de Rodillas and Luis García Montufar, who played a Fender Stratocaster and a quena respectively (quena is a traditional flute from the Andes commonly made from wood).

“Digresiones”, from the EP, keeps the famous Ecuadorian painter Luigi Stornaiolo in mind as he loses the ability to paint with one hand but his story never gets dark.

OPIFICIO is an audiovisual collective project, based in Venice, Italy.

The collective behind it is cultivating and curating different years-long projects and partnerships, among these: a seasonal collaboration with Argo16 Club in Marghera, a Sound Bar in Rialto, an artistic residence at Vaporetto dell’Immaginario, Oasi Lido di Venezia occasional meetings and a Studio for guests and musicians in Via Vettor Pisani, Lido, where informal events and open days pop up here and there throughout the year.

With an eye for genuine longterm relationships building Opificio is challenging the venetian artistic scene in the attempt to create long lasting alternatives to what the city already offers, constantly forging connections between different actors in the lagoon ecosystem, while remaining open and accessible to external participation. 

Through this platform people from different backgrounds can engage in a variety of projects, where the role of the local art scene remains a key element.

We are mainly a sound-space where people coexist, collaborate and experience themselves.
