So, Habit's her song has been a major hit of the last year and has seen some interesting edits, but nothing in the dance genre. Habits is one of those unique blend of feelings, its gangster, sexy, relatable, and fun... In fact we aren't quite sure why its not on the same level as Lorde's Royals... So with that in mind, we set out to create a song that complimented the vocals and the subject of the song but brought it into the club arena. Really quite proud of this one. The song and lyrics were written by Roxanne and I'll been in love with the track for a long time, but finding a vocalist initially was quite hard - none of the singers we tried worked.

Eventually we found Gavin singing covers on YouTube, got him into the studio, and were blown away by how he made the song his own, especially as it was his first time ever singing on a track. Really love the final result and going to be getting some serious remixes done down the line for this one!

Antonio López, más bien conocido como Optical Blue, proveniente de la Primera Región, quiere consolidarse en la escena electrónica nortina a través de su talento como Dj y en sus varias producciones en lo que va desde el 2009. Así empezamos la biografía de este joven compositor de 24 años.

A los 10 años de edad comienza su gran viaje tocando el piano e indagando en la música de los 80 y 90s, también en la música experimental llegando a admirar e influenciarse en artistas como Jean Michel Jarre, Kraftwerk, Vangelis entre otros. Ya alrededor del año 2002 descubre el estilo que cambió por completo su vida: el “Trance”, permitiéndole así desarrollar un trabajo de experiencia continua y evolutiva en su carrera.

Optical Blue puede recorrer su estilo desde lo más experimental y envolvente hasta los beats y bajos más potentes del Trance, puede pasear desde la armonía minimalista del Progressive Trance, hasta llegar a lo eufórico del Club & Uplifting Trance, con un gran toque de Tech Trance, siendo estas ultimas 2 ramas, la que le da el sello y gran técnica a sus mezclas.

Comienza a pinchar sus primeros discos a fines del 2003 y en el 2007 hasta el 2010 en varios locales de la ciudad de Iquique, Tales como Kamikaze, Oxygeno, Sala Murano, Clubb Pharos, Terraza (Ex-Choza Iqq), entre otros. También ha hecho exclusivos eventos electrónicos en su comuna natal compartiendo con algunos Djs de la Región. El evento que mas destaca a Optical Blue es del ya afamado concurso de Pioneer ProDj realizado en Iquique, en donde gano el primer lugar y acaparo las miradas del publico asistente al evento incluso comentando su positiva participación.
Pero en Octubre de 2009, cumple su gran sueño de realizar sus propias producciones musicales, abarcándose en los grandes estilos del Trance contando con mas de 13 producciones, en las que destacan: Illemani, The City Of Future, Costa Norte y Wawas Takixs (Niños Cantores) de su mas reciente proyecto llamado "Ankas" en donde fusiona las raíces andinas con los beats potentes del Tech Trance, ademas de futuros tracks que pronto estrenara.

De esta forma él nos invita a bailar y a sentir las sensaciones y emociones provocadas por la técnica y energía pura que entrega, ya que tiene como meta llevar su música y su particular estilo a lo más alto de nuestros sentidos. Como punto final podemos decir: que es hora del "Maldito Trance" con Optical Blue.
