     ORA is known for playing female vocal tracks with bone crushing bass and a touch of booty breaks. She lures in listeners with her delectable puckered lips “party face” when she plays. With her orphic style, she brings vitality to her sound, captivating crowds from the clubs to the festivals to the underground. Ora unites the sounds of Plump DJ’s, Stanton warriors, Colombo, Flux Pavillion, Geon, freestylers, Elite force and more.
     Born and raised in the Midwest ORA was influenced by an array of music styles growing up; Underworld, Orbital, Crystal Method, The Cure, Beck, Pink Floyd and even A Tribe Called Quest, just to name a few. 
     ORA moved to Los Angeles seeking new experiences. She was embraced by the colorful characters, carefree artists and unlikely suspects that she never dreamed she’d meet. Shortly after, she was fortunate enough to move into a house full of musicians, DJs and producers. Eager to express her musical ideas, she had access to some of the most cutting-edge DJ equipment, and an in home studio. ORA quickly turned her talents towards co-creating an all female movement, Chicks with Decks, showcasing female DJs such as Sandra Collins at Vanguard in Los Angeles. She has played well known venues such as Avalon, Vanguard, Club Nokia, Dubtroit, The El Rey Theatre, The Roxy, Cinespace and more. The media recognized Ora for her talents behind the decks and she has been featured in The LA Times and In Style Magazine. 
     ORA has been an influential female force in the LA underground scene in the past few years. She has played Burningman, Lighting in a Bottle renegade stages, LA Decompression as well as countless Burningman camp fundraisers and underground events. 
     Currently ORA is participating in a few new music projects and DJ collaborations this summer
