Growing up in a church household full of singers and musicians...even ministers....deacons etc. music has always been in my blood thanks to my Father a lead singer in a gospel group and musician as well as my Mother who also sings in the church choir. I was introduced to Gospel rap at the age of 12 years old by The Master Rapper featuring the Winans Bros performing a song called “Born again” while I was at a church banquet. I beg
an writing and rapping about the Christian lifestyle and the struggles of being a young Christian youth. I had many battles with friends and peers as they wanted to write about women, drugs and jewelry since that was all that was played on the radio, talked about and portrayed in music videos at that time. At the age of 15 I began to perform and minister at my church Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church and other different churches events and youth explosions in the Los Angeles area this is also the age that I heard a Gospel rapper name T-Bone, his music and humble spirit inspired me to want to make our music more mainstream to reach people beyond the walls of the church. I am not saying that I have never been into Hip Hop such as Kanye, Nas, Jay-Z etc... These are all Artist of great caliber and they are also who I model some of my style from. I just choose to take my music a different route and minister to the youth that we can still stay true to our beliefs and be as big as all the secular rappers when we stay true to ourselves. I want to give children of today someone that they can look up to as there were not many Gospel rappers when I was growing up and show them that all Rap is not stereotypical and negative.

UNTDLD is a acronym for Untitled. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and later in Winter Haven, Florida. I later pursued a career in the military and served 6 years as a signal support specialist. After completing my assignment in the army I ran after my dream to go to Full Sail University and obtained a bachelor's degree in Show Production. 
 
It was at Full Sail where I rekindled my passion for music. After connecting with my current pastor my gift was unlocked and I unleashed a unique style of hip hop. I do not attempt to emulate anyone but I want to create a sound that will impact the world. Earlier this year I released my first album under Joe Johnson titled "Grace and Fire" which features R-Swift. It is availible everywhere music is downloaded.
