Tightrope Walker

This piece was made for the release of "Book of Extraordinary Tragedies" by Joe Meno. It takes us on a journey through the chapter "Beginnings, Endings, and Other Musical Figures." Aleksandar is a former classical music prodigy, once destined for greatness. He was part of the only Eastern European family growing up on their block on the far southside of Chicago and was eventually forced to confront the absurdity of tragedy, going partially deaf at an early age, and abandon his musical ambitions. Years later, he now helps with his sister and her child, who may both have tragedies of their own.
