Fierce, melodic, and unflinchingly honest, Dubinski stand at the forefront of Scotland’s next wave of alternative rock. Praised for their electrifying live shows and heartfelt songwriting, Dubinski combine jagged guitars, propulsive rhythms, and soaring vocal hooks with thoughtful, socially-aware lyricism. Channeling influences that span The Clash to LCD Soundsystem, Dubinski forge a sound that is unmistakably their own, with the rare ability to balance raw power with introspection. 

Born in rural North Yorkshire and raised in the Scottish Highlands, Dubinski are four inseparable siblings: Eugene, Fergus, Donal and Eoin Gaine. Taking on the band name Dubinski (their late mother’s maiden name), the band released their acclaimed eponymous debut album in 2022 and took their high-energy show on the road as an international touring act. Upon their return, the band re-enlisted Grammy Award winning producers Mike Horner and Robbie Nelson (The Rolling Stones, Hot Chip, Frank Ferdinand) to record their critically acclaimed sophomore album 'What Is Your Definition Of Happiness’, released in March 2025. 

Now returning with “Back To Basics,” their first new material since the album, Dubinski deliver a powerful, propulsive banger about choosing self-care over self-destruction — a bold leap forward for one of the UK’s most exciting and hardest-working indie bands.

SKJØR (pronounced ‘shure’) are an Edinburgh-based indie band with dark, haunting vocals and dreamy guitars, fronted by Louise McCraw, the band were tipped in the Scottish Sun’s top 10 acts to watch out for in 2018 and previously by Vic Galloway of BBC Radio Scotland as one of the most promising bands to watch from Scotland in 2017. The band recorded their debut BBC Music introducing live session in the summer and gained slots at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, BBC at Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Electric Fields.

The Scottish Sun wrote “Skjør are a band on the edge of greatness” following their Electric Fields festival appearance.

SKJØR played a stand out performance as XpoNorth in 2017, have gained single of the week on the Janice Forsyth show on BBC Radio Scotland, toured Scotland and have released their second single ‘Living Without You’ produced by Rod Jones of Idlewild.

The band finished up an incredible year, touring the Scottish Highlands and Islands with Scouting for Girls, opening a sold out show at the 02 ABC, Glasgow with The Pigeon Detectives and Little Comets, after being asked by Pigeon Detectives front man Matt Bowman, and played a hometown show at the Alternative Peers Ball in the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh with Django Django.
