New Beat swagger meets EBM menace on the latest Kri release. New York based producer, DJ and Samo Records owner Facets channels the raw spirit of late ’80s New Beat and EBM into a modern club context with stripped-down rhythms and tense electronics lock.

Four original tracks are bolstered with two heavyweight remixes courtesy of Marcello Giordani, the Italo Deviance maestro, and the iron-fisted British techno icon Broken English Club / Oliver Ho.

Lathe cut vinyl and digital will be released on the 29th of October 2025.

Denise Rabe released her first 12” on German imprint Mutewax in 2015. A solo EP on Arts sub label Arts Collective quickly succeeded her debut the same year, leading up to the label publishing her third release in 2017. This is also the year Denise actualized her own eponymous label Rabe.

Rabe the label, just like its founder, is all about techno. So far, three hyper modern brutalist sounding 12-inches from Denise herself has seen the light of day. Rabe’s productions are frantic yet deep industrial adventures, all carrying a hefty gothic presence. Her talent has not only caught the ears of eager fans, but also of recognized producers such as Rrose and Shxcxchcxsh, who both have contributed remixes for the artist.

Brought up on hip hop in a small German town, Denise learned to DJ at the age of 16, scratching and mixing, later diving further into electronic music via drum ‘n’ bass and jungle. From there exploring various styles of house, only to some years later finally ending up in techno territory, understanding this is where she truly belonged. Her DJ-sets are powered with the same energy as her own productions: dark minimalistic heavy-hitting eerie techno, often flirting with elements reminiscing of modern tribal- and trance.

Denise Rabe is a pragmatic grounded artist with a clear vision. Her passion for music has led her to be involved in the scene on many levels; whether it has been as a booker for Berlin venue Ipse; a radio show host for the city’s Sweatlodge channel or a club promoter for her own night HIDE and SEEK at “VENUE NAME”. Denise is also one part of Lyon collective TFIF, short for The Future Is Female, which as the name hints fights for gender equality within the techno scene.

"It was back in 1993 when Steve Bicknell first resealed "Track 12" on Cosmic Records, 27 years later the veteran artists travels back in time and teams up with KR3 to re-issue this techno masterpiece, inclusive of three new interpretations and an original re-edit.
Out on September 27th both in vinyl and digital format, 27 symbolises a meeting point between past, present and future of techno. The music is there to remind us that time is circular, nothing is still and everything evolves.
A1 kicks off with a re-edit of the original "Track 12", a 6 minute long club banger that leads into a parallel dimension with its hypnotic synths and constant kick, where the perception of time widens and the mind travels freely.
In A2 JING's voice calmly ushers in this time-space excursion, like a lullaby gently taking the mind and body to spaces we don't see but we know exist. Just let it go, breath out all your worries and let the music guide you through this journey.
Metro Skim marks his re-edit (B1) with dark and stripped-down sounds combined with intermittent high hats and bubbly synths, once again creating a circular, ever lasting effect of being pulled into and endless spiral spinning round and around.
The journey ends with a re-edit by Heartless (B2), a itchy, fast and hypnotising gem. Modular reminisces soothe the spirit whilst a throbbing rhythm leads the way. Once again the vortex would seem to stop, but as the ticking time reminds us, to stop is just an
illusion."

In his DJ-sets, he is looking for a balance between deep, trance, minimalistic and ambient-soaked techno and leftfield or tribal beats. He occasionally weaves elements of minimal house or electro into his sets. In his DJ and promoter activity he tries to convince his listeners that sets grown out of techno do not have to be mainly strong or mainly dark in their expression, that there is space for a whole range of emotions in the 4/4 area. He performed at events signed by such brands as Up to date festival, Instytut, Revive, Fort open air or Ars Independent. He shared the stage with such artists as eg. Edit Select, Shlomo, AWB, VSK, TAKA, Freddy K or Justine Perry.

Dilemma Podcast #037 Benales from Paris (France) Benales has been honing his craft since the end of the 90s. 
As an avid record collector, vinyl only DJ and enthusiast of Techno and House – his DJ sets and tracks combine the raw, dark and deep elements of these musical forms with a firm nod in the direction of Detroit. 
His talent allows him to put himself in many clubs in Europe like Tresor, Rex Club, Le sucre, The Gate (Georgia) but also as a regular guest of Concrete when it’s not rare to find Benales surrounded by guest of solid reputation like DVS1, Zadig, Surgeon, Steve Bicknell, Dj Pete, James Ruskin. 
Fascinated by Techno and coldness of electronic music, he released some EP’s and remixes on Sino (Technasia Label), and notably “Elements part 1 & part 2” have marked his spot in the international scene. 
Over the years, he had several releases on outstanding labels like Suburban Avenue, Analog Solutions, Knotweed, Diffuse Reality, Key Vinyl, and many more to follow.

Das Bedürfnis danach, Tracks so zu kombinieren, dass ein ganz eigener Stil entsteht, brachte V:SONNTAG (@vsonntag) zum Auflegen. Auf einer Afterhour hat sie dann damit begonnen, es zu lernen, und kurz darauf Equipment gekauft - zuhause viel Musik gemacht. Inzwischen kann sie unter anderem auf Gigs im Charles Bronson in Halle und im Triebwerk in Erfurt zurückblicken. Ihr Mix für feat.fem ist dynamisch, voller Energie und macht Lust auf eine durchtanzte Nacht im stickigen Club. Als Lieblingstrack in diesem Mix nennt sie „Force Field“ von Alexandre Laeddis, „weil er verspult, lebendig und voller Energie ist“. Als Ziel ihrer DJ-Sets beschreibt V:SONNTAG, ihre eigene Energie und Lebendigkeit in der Musik auszudrücken: „Vor allem muss es mir selbst beim Tanzen auch Spaß machen.“
