Young Jamaican MC Popcaan burst onto the scene in 2010 on the biggest dancehall tune of the year, ‘Clarks’. As Vybz Kartel’s protege, the 23-year old quickly proved himself as one of the most talented up-and-coming vocalists in the genre, lending his distinctive voice to an arsenal of bashment hits, from ghetto laments to party smashers.

After a string of big records in 2011, from ‘Only Man She Want’ to ‘Raving’, Popcaan became the first dancehall artist since Sean Paul to have his track playlisted on the BBC and has just been tipped as one of their ‘Hot 20 for 2012′. He joined Mixpak in 2012 with his first collaborative single with Dre Skull, ‘Get Gyal Easy’, followed by his cut on the Kling Klang riddim, ‘So We Do It’, as well as ‘The System’ on the Loudspeaker Riddim.

In 2014 he will release his debut album on Mixpak, executive produced by Dre Skull and featuring additional productions from Dubbel Dutch, Anju Blaxx, Jamie YVP and Adde. The first single, ‘Everything Nice’, is out now.

When Jesse Royal was only a cub, the Lord revealed to his mother that she would have to release one of her sons to the world, proclaiming “he will be a psalmist, declaring righteousness and justice throughout creation.” As Jesse matured into a young lion, his mother observed in him a strong sense of integrity and a natural ability to positively affect those around him. But, it was his deep spirituality, passion for life and unique connection to music that would convince her that he was being molded to be used by the Creator. 

Jesse David Leroi Grey, aka Jesse Royal, was born April 29, 1989. He enjoyed his early years in the hills of Maroon Town and the District of Orange in St. James before moving in the late 90’s with his mother and brother to join his father in Kingston. As fate would have it, Royal developed a special relationship with Daniel ‘Bambaata’ Marley (son of Ziggy Marley) at school. His friendship with Daniel proved to be fuel to the fire as they shared a deep passion for music and football. Their friendship evolved as they spent a great part of their childhood together. Soon the natural inclination confirmed they were simply brothers with different mothers. As these cubs became lions so grew their devotion to music. With the help of longtime friend Curt ‘Qban’ White they began composing and creating their own music. And together they proceeded to fulfill what they knew was a predestined musical journey, designed to inspire, engage and unite people beyond all geographic borders. 

After Jesse returned home from schooling abroad, he reestablished a relationship with high school friend and young producer Kareem ‘Remus’ Burrell (son of Philip ‘Fatis’ Burrell). They began creating and composing music together also, which developed into a Movement as they shared similar views on the social state of Jamaica. 

Blessed with a voice that captures the pain and hunger of a ‘downtrodden’ people; Royal’s militant character and profound lyricism caught the heart of heralded reggae producer, Philip ‘Fatis’ Burrell. Fatis Burrell, affectionately called ‘Father’ had a great and pure impact on the ‘old soul’ of Jesse; as he credits him as an invaluable inspiration and one of the most influential individuals that he has ever encountered.

Working with musicians such as Sly Dunbar, Robbie Shakespeare, Donald Dennis, Earl ‘Chinna’ Smith and Monty Savory; Jesse is currently in the studio putting the final touches on his debut album with producer Kareem Burrell of the XTM.Nation. Jesse Royal has released three mixtapes , Misheni, In Comes The Small Axe and Royally Speaking with Major Lazer. His Debut Album "Lily of The Valley" is now available on all digital platforms.

Reanno Gordon P/K/A Busy Signal (born January 24),  is one of dancehall/reggae's most prolific artistes. He was born in the garden parish of St Ann where he was first introduced to music by his grandparents who took him to church.

Busy Signal later moved to areas in West and East Kingston such as Tivoli Gardens, Papine, Spanish Town before migrating to the United States. A past student of Brown's Town Comprehensive High School, Busy Signal's love affair with music continued.  He performed for his peers at school, beating his fists in time on his desk and deejaying Bounty Killer's songs (he claims to know all of Bounty's lyrics) before progressing to his own material.

Known as one of the artistes leading the contemporary dancehall movement, Busy Signal has been a large part of the scene since 2003. His first hit single, "Step Out", was one of the most popular dancehall songs in 2005.

His debut album Step Out was released a year later in 2006 with excellent reviews. With questions arising about his unusual moniker, Busy Signal explained that he got the nickname from his friends because he was constantly busy.

As his popularity grew, so did his catalogue. In 2007/2008, he released several hit singles including "Nah Go A Jail Again", "Smoke Some High Grade", "Tic Toc" and the track entitled "Unknown Number". September 22, 2008, Busy Signal released his second studio album titled Loaded, a 15 track compilation of VP Records of well known dancehall hits such as "Jail," "Whine Pon Di Edge," "These Are the Days,"  as well as never-heard-before exclusive tracks such as "People So Evil" and "Hustle Hard."

He also appeared on the lead single of international stars No Doubt's Push and Shove album.

On May 21, 2012, Busy Signal was arrested at the Norman Manley International Airport in Jamaica due to an an extradition warrant from the U.S.A, just weeks after the release of his latest studio album and first authentic reggae album - Reggae Music Again. He was however, released on November 16, 2013 after which his name was legally changed to Reanno Devon Gordon. After months of incarceration, Busy Signal maintained that it was the prayers and support of his family and friends which kept him going. 

Just months after his release, Busy Signal was once again thrust into the spotlight with the release of Bumaye (Watch Out Fi Dis) with Major Lazer. 

The single has been one of his most successful to date. It made its way to the Billboard charts before being certified Platinum by the International Federation of the Photographic Industry (IFPI) in Denmark.

The artiste also formed his own record label titled Turf Music Entertainment which has been extremely successful and pivotal in the artiste's career.

With promoters clamoring to book Busy Signal in Europe, Africa and the Caribbean, the artiste spends the majority of his time on tours, spreading reggae and dancehall music.

Having already embarked on several tours since the beginning of the year, Busy Signal is now gearing up to for the upcoming carnival season where he has already voiced a plethora of soca-infused songs.

He has always approached his craft from a different perspective, not trodding the usual road of trying to voice on many rhythms in order to try and catch a break. Instead, Busy chose to record songs with concepts attached to them on purpose-built rhythms and as such as garnered countless fans which he interacts with on a regular basis on his social media pages. Chezidek the Herbalist! Rastafari roots and culture singer from St. Ann’s Bay, Jamaica. Chezidek emerged on the scene in 2002 with his first album “Harvest Time” ( Vp records), produced by Phillip “ Fattis” Burrell (exterminator rec.). Chezidek unique voice and melodies with cultural, spiritual and sometimes political topics earned him a place in the heart of Reggae fans in Jamaica and worldwide. 
In 2004 chezidek made his first hit song “Leave de Trees” a song he recorded for Hugh Miller ( Our Promotion Labe), Leave De Trees topped the Reggae Charts and made him a house –hold name in Jamaica, the Caribbean and everywhere reggae music plays. 
In 2007 he released his 3rd album “Inna de Road” (Green sleeves Records) produced by Bobby Konders of Massive B Records, with hits like “Inna De Road, Dem A Fight We and Call Pon Dem”. This album is one of the most loved in roots and culture music of today. 
Chezidek has performed for thousands of reggae fans in Jamaica, Caribbean USA and Europe and on most of the major Reggae Festivals. He has worked with popular producers such as Bobby Digital, Dan Carleon, Sly and Robbie, just to name a few, also with European based producer Jah Solid Rock, which released two albums “for Chezidek "Judgement Time” , and recently " The Order Of Melchezedik" wich was released April 16 2013 . 
Chezidek is one of the few roots singer who sticks to the conscious side of the music and never change. As a youth , coming from the home of the Honourable Marcus Garvey, Robert Nesta Marley and Burning Spear, Chezidek was influenced by the ancient Rastafarian tradition and his African roots. A man of righteousness inspired by the Most High Jah Rastafar I. 
Chezidek latest album “ FREEDOM FIGHTERS “ released August 6, 2013 , produced by One Drop records out of California is also another chapter from the book of the spiritual chanter, Chezidek the herbalist, the environmentalist, the Italist, the defender of the cannabis sharing his songs of redemption ,out and available for all reggae fans.
