Jon has won several U.K. Songwriting Contest Awards from 2018 to 2020 and has received multiple Indie Rampage Awards for several consecutive years. He was named Engineer of the Year (2021-2024) and Producer of the Year (2021-2024), and his work has earned the Pop Album of the Year award from 2021 to 2024. He is also a two-time Grammy-nominated songwriter.

Contam os antigos, que ao nascer do astro rei a glória [uma massa de energia e grave] se reinventa de quase infinitas formas e maneiras. Objetivo era esse: alocar o primeiro grave com o primeiro raio de sol que atingisse o meu alcance. Dou aquele confere nas caixas de som, pneumáticos ok e só precisava dos amuletos. Enquanto preparava minha coleção de pedras preciosas para serem guardadas nas bolsas de mais alta costura que eu herdei de um deejay, pensei no que mais: cantil de água, uma barra de alimento, ervas secas e um isqueiro. Fechou. Nessa configuração reinava a vitória. Meu pensamento volta e me coloco a pedalar em busca do fenômeno solar. O pedal corre solto na madrugada descambante. Levado pelos ventos de transição caio num lugar curioso. Na estrada, bibelôs de todos os tipos agarrados a alguns poucos postes e cactos prosperando no desenho da paisagem. O momento está chegando, o cálculo havia dado certo, eu sentia o momento chegar. Os amplificadores tão tinindos, poeira zero, mic, dez vezes de mic check, equalização a postos tal qual um atleta que espera o tiro da corrida… parei, respirei e o raio brilhou. Só dei o play. O primeiro grave, o momento de glória: oscilações de frequências graves, formas de poeira se transmutando em seres vivos antigravitacionais, o suor que pinga da testa em câmera lenta, os knobs de compressão fervendo e os cactos ali, testemunhas imbatíveis frente aos acontecimentos. Luz e grave eram um só. Começa o dia.

Dabian “Puppa Yharno” Smith, Born in the Parish of Portland, South Coast of the island Jamaica,  musical career began in the 1990s in the setting of his high school period where he and five of his classmates would create melodies and rhymes over the drum beat they would create from their desk and the teachers chalkboard. With their smooth style of delivery they had created the name “Smooth Crew” which had made them the school celebrities Performing at every school concerts and sometimes other local events. Smooth Crew at the time was a well received band in the Parish. Puppa Yharno later cited this group as one of his earliest inspirations to pursue music. In 2000 his creative career was heightened after a move to go solo and releasing his single “Ghetto” which was enough to motivate him to establish his record label “Street Life Records” in early 2005.

In 2011 Puppa Yharno signed a recording deal with a UK based recording label, Urbanfront | USP Records. His relationship with the label led to the release of his first mix tape “JAYDAY VOL 1” in 2012 and “JAYDAY VOL 2” in 2013, followed by his EP “Hard at Work”. In 2014 Puppa Yharno teamed up with producer and Recording artists Cocoman, CEO of Coco Jammin productions based in Czech Republic, where he had recorded singles such as, “Wine and Dip”, “1975” and “Cannabis” for the Album Compilation Sklinzen 2014. The compilation was later nominated for the Andel Award In Czech Republic. Puppa Yharno went on to record a number of songs with Coco Jammin productions such as Next flight, Lyrical Epidemic, Soldier, Dancing in the rain featuring Katerina , he even went on doing a Mixtape tilted “Jayharno in Prague” featuring Selector Boldrik, 

Apart from his music, Puppa Yharno has been involved in several video projects and has made appearances in music videos for artiste such as Alborosie featuring Giuliano Sangiorgi ”A Piedi Scalzi music video” also Richie Spice and Jah Sun’s music video Cant’ live Good” where he played the lead role as a Educated kid who grew up to be a street bully. Then he released his second EP “One Love, One Joy”. Puppa Yharno toured Czech Republic during October - November of 2015 and just fell in love with the warm welcome, endless support and love from the Czech audience,He then released his “Jamaican Ranking EP” to rave reviews in 2016 and traveled intensely promoting his music.He released a song called “HEART OF A WARRIOR”  produced by famed  producer D - Kid of 2X Record with a accompanied music video. Puppa Yharno continued touring Europe March – April, July – August 2018, October – December 2019 and was scheduled to tour Europe in March 2020 but then the Corona Virus came and stopped everything,


 Puppa Yharno could not travel and this gave him some time to slow down a bit, that's when he found out how much Czech Republic really loves and support is music, so he decided on re-branding himself as “JamCzech”  He then released a song called “Tyvole” which became one of is most popular songs to date, and sighting this success he decided to make an album called “JamCzech” which would later on be released on 20.11.20.. and will release ''Puppa Yharno LP'' in April 2021.. so Puppa Yharno continues to work hard to further establishing himself on the music scene. As for his goals, he says his main aim is to deliver good music that will uplift the hearts of many with nothing but his voice.
