This is part 2 of 3 soundtracks from the EP : ELSE, which focuses on the body, mainly ones breathing. Pranayama or the practice of breath control allows you to inhale (puraka), retain inhalation (antara khumbaka) which gives you more oxygen and exhale (rechaka), retain exhalation (bahya khumbaka) which exhales out more carbon dioxide hence giving you a more conscious body. This soundtracks allows you to breathe along through out the span of 6 minutes following the tempo of the soundtrack which is calculated to increase ones maximum breathing capability.
