RYMS is a music program co-designed with middle years young people from Fitzroy and Collingwood which was established after the music program at Fitzroy Clubhouse closed. Staff and volunteers made up of youth workers, artists, musicians, producers, and performers run weekly workshops with young people interested in creating their own songs. RYMS facilitates mentorship opportunities building a network of experienced, supportive and imaginative creatives with a focus on lyric writing, rapping, singing, recording and performing.
