Marc Brauner and David Silver bring together Berlin beats and ‘90s nostalgia for their first collaboration, “Ouzo.” With three original tracks and a Luca Olivotto remix, the EP drips with rave-ready synths and pulsating percussion, a fully realized culmination of ethereal house and breakbeat rhythms. Nodding to Brauner’s own musical background in percussion, hypnotic and upbeat drums are paired with ear-grabbing 303 lines laced with shimmering vocals.

Marc Brauner & David Silver - Un Deux Trois

A collaboration with Alex Digitalx released on none other than Discovalley Records, Goa!

This is GDWAX001 the debut vinyl release from GLBDOM, featuring four sumptuous, vintage tinged house tracks.

Up first is So Fly by Saint Paul, a soul infused jam with heaps of uplifting vocal samples, organs and synths a plenty, not to mention a subtly jacking beat that steadily bumps the vibe along.

Next up is Keep Me Inside by Yann Polewka, taking things back with that classic house piano buzz. A pounding beat, an understated yet driven bass line, strings, pads and some ecstatic vocals all combine for a truly heavenly touch.

Manuold follows on with Beating Heart, a super catchy deep house number. Melancholic synth stabs and subtly employed vocal samples, luscious pads and that unmistakable house sax sound: Beating Heart is the perfect track for getting the crowd moving.

Finishing the release off are Marc Brauner & David Silver with Gioia, an energetic house tune with an initiable beat and an exquisite bouncing bass line. A soulful, uplifting vibe from start to finish, Gioia is the perfect end to this awesome debut vinyl release.

Bringing the sound to your slumber this week is none other than Arthur Lang. Lang is the not-so-secret alias of UK-based produced Andrew Halford, who has worked with the likes of Foals as well as appearing alongside Ewan Pearson, Plaid and James Yuill. Before we get carried away with excitement over his forthcoming remix of Foals' Milk & Black Spiders, it's time to wind down. Kick back, Lang style!

Adam Beyer’s new EP titled ‘Teach Me’ is an accomplished piece of work that highlights Beyer's year thus far. 'Teach Me' starts with some eerie chords before the distinctive vocal kick in and the track drops into a rumbling techno track. ‘Darlek’ uses rhythmic beeps and huge synth stab to create a funky rhythm before the atmospheric pads create a beautiful setting for this incredible techno track. ‘Stop Talking’ is a deeper offering from Beyer using weird and unusual noises to create and interesting piece of work that is helped along by the throbbing bass underlying in the track. ‘Spaceman’ uses a rhythmic vocal, percussion and sub bass to turn this track into a funky techno piece.
