Kosmic Skaut is a DJ currently operating between Brno and Prague. He is the curator of the music show Čerstvý Matro at Radio Infame specializing in the promotion of new music material on the electronic scene. In recent years he also collaborating with Marie Pravda on their side project Transcendanz - the ritual gathering oriented towards organic, hypnotic, psy and goa sound of all different positions. He also runs with friends a space called Nášup, where once in a while they organize smaller secret parties with local artists and homemade pizza. Another side project of Kosmic Skaut is Studio 410, it's a space for training DJ experience and recording a podcast for all DJs from the city.

The Lithuanian began his musical journey back in 2008, which led him to establish the currently longest house music series running in the country “Tarp Dvieju Ausru” which has established itself as a pillar for bringing groove and such artists as: Cromby, Spencer Parker, Sedef Adasi, Shanti Celeste, Peach, Cinthie, Leon Vynehall, Moxie, and many more. This led to a well-renowned party residency at “Lizdas” club in Kaunas.

Sharing the decks with iconic artists like that guided Mountak to London and Berlin where he played prolifically in such clubs as Prince Charles, Watergate,Wilde Renate, Klunkerkranich, Farbfenseher, About Blank, and many more

Kraków-based Olivia is an Unsound resident DJ, always taking on new challenges. The local electro, Detroit and italo connoisseur has had a great 2018, with her debut EP Skawa finally being released, and more international dates appearing in her calendar. Elena Colombi is one of the fastest rising DJs of recent months, known for her eclectic mixes and a fascinating NTS show. The Italian-born artist is based in London, where she came up as a promoter. An open-minded DJ who doesn’t specialize in one particular genre, her dynamic sets are a frantic mix of pulsing techno, freaky disco and proto-house. @elenacolombi and @olivia-ungaro played a b2b set at Unsound 2018. Austrian music obsessive Heap is someone who always digs deep into the past, but also the present. His empire includes Discus Throwers, which is a concept store that deals in special gems from the world of house, techno, synth pop and kraut, as well as his Neubau label, productions on labels like ESP Institute and Berceuse Heroique and DJ sets that can be brave and beguiling or banging and brash.

For this week’s mix, Heap keeps it deep with a selection of leggy and gently cosmic disco tracks early on. His is a thoughtful take on the genre, with expansive tracks that could be brand new or 30 years old all sitting nearly next to each other. As things grower darker and more intense later on, elements of acid, electro and proto-house all make for a colourful and late night trip.
