uncomfortably theme:
a musical interpretation of Paul Celan's poem "Todesfuge"
For all who don't know: 
It describes the daily horror in a concentration camp during the Nazi-Era.
Hard stuff, no fiction! And  for future I wish , that nobody has to write about something like that again! Genocide, oppression, terror and all these things can never be accepted!
The perversity and absurdity is the fact, that some occupants had to play music for entertainment while other dig out there own tomb!
So I decided to use a dark melancholic Trance-Sound and  a martial beat following the work-rhythm forced by the supervisors.

Schwarze Milch ("...spielt auf nun zum Tanz!")

Recorded in 2006, a buzzy demo using the QY20 to drive the SY22 with the initial sound being from the SY85. The low fi FM sound is evident, and this type of play and go improvisations were and still are fun to make.
