Starting with an unexpected opener, the original "Block Of Ice", this album comes across as a single coherent record of the band's music at this specific time, unlike the final version which sees a blend with three proto-garage era tracks, recorded with Jigmae Baer at a later session. Here, drummer Patrick Mullins soft minimalistic style permeates the tracks, embuing the whole with a gentle rhythm, to coincide with the album's environmental themes.

       Discogs release purists may lament the loss of songs the likes of "It Killed Mom" and "You Make Me Sick, Oh Yeah", but the addition of previously unreleased studio versions of "Block Of Ice" and "Make Them Kiss" more than make up for the change. Also present is the 2023 released outtake, "Expert of Inner Vision", here heard in it's original context for the first time.
