Take a half-hour siesta in the afternoon. You will feel better, a human is not made to sleep 8 hours. Science lies to us.

It is also true that both You, the Earth, and the Universe are shifting. I know you've become a bad sleeper. The "angels" are waking you up and wanting you to start.
