For our 13th Podcast we are happy to present you a set recorded by Caniche.  
Born and raised in Dresden, Caniches fascination for electronic music emerged through the small, yet cozy and familiar local scene there. After moving to Berlin, her inclination for the rougher and deeper side of Techno intensified. She evolved her specific preference which she’d describe as fast, hard but melodic, even melancholic at times and with little strolls into 90s/2000-Rave or Trance. The first attempts of deejaying took place after moving to Vienna. The idea was actually born by a friend of hers, who thought it would be a logical move, since he knew how deep she already was into music at that time. It added a new perspective and strengthened her appreciation. Techno is touching her inner life from the first contact again and again, as it can make you feel hypnotized and euphoric. Of course it's more than just the background soundtrack to a night out. It can give you a way of channelizing your feelings, dealing with them. As a DJ, the artist tries to share these experiences by showing a part of the way she perceives Techno.
